  I had excellent customer service from Tomeka, Matthew Jacobs 2nd.and Kimberly at the Carolina Place branch in Pineville !! All were very helpful today with my needs !! I love Truist!! Thank you for all your help !!! I recommend highly !!! Great Job !! Made me feel like they valued my business !!

  I have been a customer for over 15 years and always used this location for all the needs from deposits to any other questions and they always went above and beyond to assist me.

  Worst bank I ever dealt with....merger was a nightmare...can not find my car loan online and the wait time for phone calls is 1 hour.

  first come first serve, very friendly the only thing I didnt like is that they're very picky if you come from another bank and try to make any transactions.

  It is Thursday morning, I have been waiting in the drive thru for 25 mins. Only one lane open. I have a small child with me and don’t want to go in😷. It is So SLOW. I think they need to hire a teller that can do the job efficiently!!!! Or maybe open 2 lines. Still waiting😢. Last time at this branch.

  BB&T never seems to quit amazing me at how bad their customer service can get. I was simply trying to deposit money into my checking. I go to give the teller, Cathy, my card and before I say anything she says here is a deposit slip. I normally give the teller my card and the money and don't need to fill a slip out, but that wasn't a big deal. Then while on the phone with her power company or something about a bill she didn't pay, she starts taking someone in the drive through. I wait patiently, she still talks on the phone while taking care of the person who arrived after I did. Then what got me was when she still never turned around after literally 7 min waiting there. I just walked the atm and deposited my cash that way. Anna is the only personal banker who will actually help, BB&T employs unmotivated people who are for the most part rude, unhelpful, and overall a pain to deal with. Will be closing my account as soon as my next direct deposit hits.

  Always extremely slow. Drive through should be quick being the only person in line but takes a very long time. Need to hire more people!

  Literally the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. And for some reason their ATMs are out of service most of the time

  Worst branch I have ever seen. Understaffed and the staff that is there is unhelpful and slow. This place gives BB&T such a bad name.
