  It took 40 minutes for them to get my payment by hand. The Charles guy was like Joe Biden, absolutely no thought behind those eyes. He made three mistakes in one sitting. The little Hispanic last Faryl in the corner, struggles in communication skills, idk how she got a job at a bank. Really odd. Felt bad for everyone else.

  I did not even want to give 1 star but it is the only way to write a review. This office has gone down hill from the previous staff. Evevyone there is rude and has no idea what they are doing. The branch manager Cecy cant even speak english. She has run off the staff and now the customers. Glad I closed my account terrible branch.

  Worst customer service ever! Always wait at least 10 minutes even though there is no one else in the drive through! HIRE MORE STAFF OR TRAIN THOSE THERE TO BE MORE COMPETENT!

  This is the worst bank. The app is horrible. No one wants to help when you call.

  Lobby temporarily closed for unknown reason on a Thursday. Waited 45 minutes to make a cash deposit. Time to find a new place to bank

  I have banked here for 20 years but not the same bank as it used to be. Enough is enough. This isn't a location thing just have had a terrible experience with SunTrust over the past couple of years.. I am switching to a different bank. They are completely disorganized in every way and the customer is the one to pay the consequences. Literally. Totally disgusted and disappointed.

  Waste of time coming here. Had to rush from work to get here before they close and then they aren't open on the weekend so good luck with that. then after I get there I find out they can't even help me anyway. I used to bank with this Bank many years ago and left them. Now I remember why. Going elsewhere for my needs.

  They take waaaaaay to long. Simply depositing something takes 30 minutes. Ridiculous

  Great customer service! I felt welcomed by the staff and enjoyed meeting with Mr. Robert Alonso. This is a great SunTrust location.
