  I was having a difficult time getting into contract, so Carena told me about their Offer Accepted program and I had them try it on my next offer, and just like the name says, it was accepted! This program is no joke, it works. Their pre-approval process is quick and easy. Some other lenders won't even pick up the phone. Someone ALWAYS picks up at The Heckman Group, they were never too busy for me. The Heckman Group will absolutely be getting all of my future business. Thank you for everything you guys have done for me! Can't wait till tax season so I can get that $2k tax credit!!

  We purchased our home in 2011 and refinanced in 2013 with Brian Heckman and The Heckman Group. Buying a home is a stressful experience, but Brian and his team alleviated the stress in the process and were very diligent to get our home closed on time.   I relocated a few years ago was not very familiar with the area. I searched online for mortgage companies who were rated highly when I decided to buy a house. After reading the reviews and reaching out, Carena at the Heckman Group responded and provided top notch service from application to closing. She was able to refer a great realtor, Mike DiGiovanni, who grew up in the area we were looking. She answered all my questions, kept me updated at each stage of the process, and responded quickly to emails or phone calls. Service is what sets mortgage companies apart and this was an excellent experience. I will use them in the future and highly recommend anyone looking to do the same.
