  Mr Sierra was very responsive and on top of the transaction . Paperwork was fairly easy and quick. Only issue I encountered was related to the actual closing. When closing ...the deposit was sent but the funds were not ready for several days.

  David I am sorry about delay you experianced. Unfortunately, the banks sometimes will cause that if funds are not dispersed in a timely manner on their end. My apologies. We hope that will not deter you from using Elite again.

  Easy application, SUPER fast approval. They shop rates for you before choosing the lenders they send your deal to, which also limits credit inquiries. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I had an EXCELLENT experience.
