Henry Hoeft1Good bank and nice people. But they will turn your card off on the weekend with absolutely no way to get it turned back on because they close at 1 on Saturday and leave you stranded with no access to your funds. Completely unacceptable.

On 4/29/22, Risk Management sent you a text and an email to try to verify transactions in order to protect your account. Scott Booher1These people changed their policy on checking accounts without notification and took all of my money (robbed me) for not maintaining their new minimum account balance. I will never do business with them again and advise others not to deal with their evilness. Complaining to management was like talking to a wall. Absolutely horrible business practiced...BEWARE!!!!!

Jay Graf1** Another lie from Truecore. I left this credit union throwing a temper tantrum. Only someone not wanting to see my displeasure in their service would reply that they felt I was satisfied. No thank you TrueCore. I'm not interested in speaking with you again** If I could rate this zero Stars I would! I feel that this credit Union puts a fake smile on while they rob you blind resulting in bad customer service, bad management. They slowed every step of closing the estate of my uncle with inconsistencies, dodging of questions, and flat out lies. I've worked for other credit unions that are far more attuned to meet your banking needs with honesty and caring. You're best to find another credit union!

joshua stevens14 year member of Truecore. I have financed multiple vehicles with them and have always been in good standing. I reached out to Truecore last week and let them know I was interested in discussing my options for a mortgage. After providing the person on the phone with my account information and informing her I was going to be PURCHASING. She sets an appointment with Matt whom I found out after sitting in the Deo Dr office for an hour AFTER my appointment time, only handles refi’s and would be of 0 assistance to me regarding a purchase. Matt was very kind, professional, and apologetic, and informed me that the branch manager from the downtown office is the person I need to speak with regarding the mortgage. Matt said she was out of town until Tuesday(Memorial day weekend) and would contact me first thing on Tuesday. It is now Friday and I have not received a single phone call from anyone within Truecore. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Jennifer Dilo1I'm closing my account with this bank, after being a customer for 26 years. No one knows what thier doing. I've been given 4 different stories as to why my money wasnt deposited into my account. The girl who I talked to on the phone wanted to argue with me. How unprofessional. I'm missing a check for over 1 thousand dollars and theres nothing anyone can do. Not to mention they've done the same thing to hundreds of other customers this past week with thier stimulus check. I'm sure thier business will go way down. This is sad because they used to be a great bank.

Rich James3Regardless of how long I been banking here I have always gotten better interest rate offers on loans from other banks. The Credit Union was willing to match other offers upon being informed another bank had offered a lower amount, but up front wanted to charge 1-2% more. This bank is only in Licking County, so if your out and get in a position where you need cash your going to have to pay ATM fees versus banking with a more widespread bank with more convenient Locations.

Beverly Robinson5I have been a member of TrueCore Credit Union since 1977, then it was called Fiberglas Credit Union. I have found all of the employee's to be knowledgeable and most of them very friendly. They try to help with any problem you may have and the same can be said, when you call them. I have never experienced the warmness of the Credit Union at any other financial institution I have used. This is a member owned institution and the members have the ability to vote for the representatives that control the ideals of a member run institution. Rules that save the membership from paying fees for everything that they use, is one of the best things they have done.

Each and every employee takes time out of there day to ask me how I am doing or how my day is or if they can help me in any way possible. They really are a great community to be apart of.
