  Slowest drive through ever. Doesn't matter if there is no one in the drive through still takes forever

Due to the pandemic, many of our members who used to come inside to transact business feel more comfortable in the drive thru right now, and that sometimes increases the wait time.   Their app is very slow, will not update unless the actually business is open. Transactions sometimes take 2 or 3 days to even post so your available balance is usually incorrect. But seems fitting so thay they can get money from overdraft fees.

  Hello Alisa. We have not had any reports that our app has been experiencing issues. As far as debit card authorizations go, the merchant processes the authorization and also submits the actual charge to post to your account. That basically means that TrueCore does not control how quickly a merchant sends the transaction. We would suggest paying close attention to your available balance instead of the current balance that displays on the app, or better yet, keeping a transaction register with a running balance.   They talk about keeping us all safe during this time but can't be bothered to keep the ATMs up and running.

  Hi Jak. We are aware of the issue, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. We have the experts with Hyosung involved now, and we’re making progress. In the meantime, we do offer free ATMs at the BP/Duke and Duchess shops in case that helps. Thanks for your patience.
