  I’ve been banking at True sky/FAA for about 25 years!!!!! I have always loved this bank, until recently. Things have changed a lot and not for the better. They just updated everything and now I suddenly haven’t been able to get on my banking online in over a week. I don’t know anything about my accounts because I can’t get in and i’m starting to worry about it for many reasons. I have been hung up on 7 times so far in just the past two days. Every time I’m put on hold it’s for about an hour or more.... unless i’m hung up on again, then it’s 1 hour times 1, 2, 3 hours!?!?? When I go into this location everyone seems miserable and like the customers are annoying them... it’s just sad and they won’t be around much longer if things don’t turn around for the better.

  Long wait times 🚩 High turnover 🚩(take a look at their long list of job openings 🙃) New branches opening when they can’t staff their current locations 🚩 Mismanaging accounts 🚩 They disabled viewing/posting reviews on Facebook 😂

  We are first time home buyers and decided to get approved for a loan through TrueSky because I have used them before for other things. Since the very beginning of the process, we have been less than satisfied and not been well-informed. The officer we were working with was helpful for the most part when we got the approval but not with explaining things. Everything was gone through super fast, we didn’t get a breakdown of our payment, and weren’t given a solid understanding really of anything. Fast forward a few weeks when we find a house to buy and we are even less satisfied. Our officer has been horrible about getting back to either us or our agent about information that we needed in order to get the underwriting done before our closing date. Since the ball was dropped on communicating things our closing date has been pushed back due to no fault of our own and there’s nothing we can do about it. Also, this entire branch is horrible with communication. I have spoken more to answering machines than I have actual people, and still have gotten no responses. If you think about trying to call someone there, you’d be better off sending an email instead; you’d have a better chance of getting a response that way.

  True Sky's customer service is awful. Before your bot responds that you "strive to give exceptional customer service", realize how phony that kind of statement is.

  I too have experienced all of the issues that other members are experiencing. Sent an email last week expressing my concern and crickets is all I hear. I think it’s time we as members have a public meeting with the CEO! There needs to be changes.

  the service and attention to customers has declined over the last few years and drastically over the last 6 months... cant communicate with anyone over the phone, excuses upon excuses. will be moving my money and my Business because this is what it is to a different financial institution. Want to use my money? then give quality service.

  I have been with the True Sky Credit Union for over 35 years. I remember when they were small, and all through this time they have been helpful at every turn. I now live 900 miles away and still keep my main account with them. Through the blessing of online banking, I can pay bills and do anything I need to do. The service is friendly and helpful in every way.

  Went in to pick up a cashier check after they had me wait in the lobby for an hour, employee came up to me and said they don’t not know how to print a cashier check, very bad service and unprofessional employees I would give it a zero if I could.

  I have been on hold for a customer service rep for 2 hours and 30 minutes and still on hold. Never, have I sat on hold for so long. If it wasn't for unauthorized charges I would have hung up. That being said, this issue needs to be fixed or you have lost over a 10 year customer due to poor customer service.
