  This bank is almost comical. 20min to verify a check another 10 to get it cashed. And a fee of $8 per check if you don't bank here.... I'll be getting that back from your customer.... Customer service was fine.

  Worst BoA branch in OKC. They have positive attitudes but can’t seem to get anything done right. You will be miserable by the time you walk out here. Many occasions it seemed that personnel are inexperienced or under trained, including the management.

  Terrible bank. Everytime I come here there is only 1 teller working and 15 people in line while some guy walks around in a suit doing nothing. Would it kill this bank to hire another teller???? This is the most frustrating thing in the world.

  Worst experience of my life! Rude, hateful and the teller called me a lier when I told her after a 40 min wait in the drive through to come in! Then once in the bank another 30 mins! Do not use this bank!

  I like this bank and have been with them for years but they need to have better hours. People work and most can not get off before 4pm.

  Unfortunately I have no choice but to go there daily to make a deposit for the company I have worked for for almost 9 years. By far the worst bank I've ever been to, the drive thru is terrible. If you have a choice, stay away from this branch!! The branch in norman has really fast and friendly service!! But the branch on s. Western is awful!!!!

  So sold a trailer to a guy that came up from Texas, Bank of America cashiers check that he picked up from the Denton TX branch on Friday, He brought it to me on Monday and picked up the trailer. Monday was a hoilliday so Tuesday I drove to this location. They refused to cash this Bank of America Cashiers Check because they said they couldn't do it til the following day because they couldn't see it et. Last I checked Cashiers checks are supposed to be same as cash and honored. They got to keep the money since Frida and won't pay out till the following Wednesday. Why would anybody bank here they love telling you they are a world wide bank but they can't do simple things that small town banks do, Also crazy lines there.

  Poor very poor services. Terrible location. Even if you have an appointment, you have to wait at least an hour ... in addition, the agent asks you aloud in front of everyone in the corridor about what you came about and what happened, other people hear the entire conversation. No helpful agents and zero privacy. I do not recommend

  The tall male manager wears glasses was very helpful and nice every time i visit. Since he left, now the new management is not good. Only one or two tellers working all the time.

  Worst bank ever! It’s Friday and they only have 2 lanes open. Every time I have to come here to make a deposit I end up waiting over 30 minutes to make a deposit. The commercial lane it a joke as well! They help everyone in the regular lane before they even touch the commercial lane!
