      My experience with cp was way different. Ever since the merger everything seems to be steadily declining. Cant use the app half the time, which is super frustrating. When it does work it seems super slow. Really wish I could check my balance right now...

      I really , love true community they have helped me and my family so much . Not to mention the staff and tellers , all very personable. I would recommend True Community too everyone I am one pleased patron !!!

      They are the worst had no problems when it was cp then they took over every couple months they would lock us out of our online account then my husband told them 20 time they could talk to me but still wouldn't they wouldn't even let me pay on the account then they send a process server to our house never sent us a bill saying what was owed wouldn't talk to me didn't even call locked us out of our account so we couldn't even view to see what we owed orthat the card hadn't been compromised

      Every time I call I am on hold waiting to talk to someone at least 25-30 minutes; if not more. It was never like that when it was CP. today I waited 40 minutes

      I hate the parking and traffic the staff are sometimes rude but I'm usually in and out in a couple minutes

      The New Downtown location is right next to City Hall and part of the Consumer's Energy Innovation Center. Very spiffy branch with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Has a ATM right out front.

      This is one of the very best credit unions in jackson this store is located down town for all to use. I would recommend cp credit union and encourage all to join I have been a member for about 10 years and have been very happy with the cp credit unions There is several locations in town for your convienence.very good security for banking and against fraud please join the co credit union in Jackson become friends as i did
