  Highly recommend! I have went through Nathan Price 3 times now. Purchasing my first home, refinancing on that home, and finally the purchase of my forever home. He is very reliable, positive and passionate. Nathan is dedicated to his clients experience ensuring every step through all processes are communicated efficiently and with ease. I absolutely loved how easy and user friendly the app Ruoff uses, this keeps everything clear and in front of you through the process and you can watch as each step through the process is finished and successful all the way up to ready to close on the home. You can count on Nathan and Ruoff to set goals for you to achieve the financing you need if you’re not quite there yet for approval or need advice for future home owning goals.   Nate Price was wonderful to work with. He made my first home buying experience easy and was very knowledgeable. My home buying was a little unique since it was a for sale by owner, and he was still able to answer many of the questions that I would have had for my realtor. Thank you Nate!

  Nate Price & Liz Dusseau are an amazing team and are always on top of things, never skipping a beat. If an issue ever pops up during a transaction, they don't stop until it is resolved. I trust them to handle my personal mortgages and refer them to buyers on a weekly basis! Highly recommended!
