  Under the obvious circumstances that we are dealing with, I thought opening a new account would be a huge hassle. With the help of Tony at the North St. branch, everything went quite smoothly. Tony put alot of effort into making opening an account as smooth as could be expected under the circumstances. By the way ,it was a business account. My thanks to you Tony.   Worked with Keith at the jackson bramch. This is the first time I have had a stress free experience and he was so patient and kind with all my my needs. He switched my accounts over and was able to even work with me to get me a higher credit line. I can't thank him enough for all he's done.

  I had a fraudulent charge on my account. Somebody used my debit card to pay their credit card bill. I was told the card company has 45 days to respond to get my money back. I talked to Chris at the bank, he explained to me more about the process and was very helpful. The bank is implementing safeguards to keep my money safe and starting a 24 hour fraud line. I advise that if you have a fraudulent charge to notify your bank then file a police report. Theft is still theft weather it is your car or your bank info.
