      Every time you call they put you on hold for 20 minutes and you can’t be there all of the time because they randomly make it so you can make any payments when you have money in your account. Makes literally no sense. Definitely going to be switching my bank asap.😡

      Really need to update your hours. Not real happy that i drove all the way over there and missed it by 9 minutes. Your hours state that you are open until 6. Now i have late fees.
