  They're always friendly. They gave me a loan at a better rate than my own credit union (of 40 yrs) & with no money down! I had lots of loans before, all paid on time. I will use LAFCU again.

  All the staff whether it be in the phone or in person at the Lansing or Mason branches have,always been curtious. professional and ready to help me. When I needed a loan for this past Christmas, it was my first loan and they have me a chance. They are active in the community . I just think they're awesome.

  Love this branch its little but has big home town feel to it.Tellers are friendly and very clean inside.But through out this pandemic it has been a joy to be able to see tellers from South Lansing branch that I used for 8yrs.Through the Automated teller at ATM. Love Lafcu!

  Cons: Too small of a location, very limited parking, they don't have phone payment options for checking accounts, limited privacy with clear walls when talking to employees about finances. Pros: People there are polite, sometimes there's coffee for you while you wait, decent-ish rates on loans and cards.

  When I wanted to pay my CC off and close my account they were rude about it and snotty because I moved my account to MSU. There is usually only one worker, they are slow and never smile like they aren't happy to be at work. Im so happy with MSU.

  The staff have always been very helpful and polite. I have never waited long, and I always enjoy a cup of coffee when available!

  Nice tellers but the size is to small only usually one teller working at a time and very limited parking.
