  Troy was great to work with earlier this year. We went through a lot of back and forth on many elements with the seller. All the while, Troy was there to help us understand the financial aspects and implications of each one of the scenarios we were presented with. We likely won't be buying again anytime soon, as we LOVE our home, but I'd certainly work with Troy again if the situation arose.
