  From start in late August of 2020 to finish the day before closing late May 2021, after viewing approximately 10 to 12 residential properties with our realtor, and making several offers in a very competitive market, Mike and his team stuck with us and our realtor and helped shape and finalize an offer that was finally accepted by the sellers. I am a Navy Veteran and Mike was familiar with this type of financing. Despite being a challenge in a "cash offer'" environment, he and his team worked with me, my wife, and our realtor to fashion an offer that was competitive and still allowed us to exercise our earned VA mortgage benefit.
