  I cannot recommend Troy and his team enough!! We had a fantastic experience. Troy took the time and care each step of the way to make sure that we understood everything, and were making the best choices for us. He went above and beyond taking the time to answer all questions thoroughly, always making sure we felt comfortable before proceeding. Suzie was quick and easy to work with as well.   We have known Troy Gamble for years and followed him over to Fairway. He has a way of keeping calm when those around him are stressed out which I'm super grateful for, because we had NO idea what we were doing when we went to refi our house. He was very patient with us and went over things as many times as we needed until we felt comfortable that we understood what our options were, steps involved and process. Troy's knowledge is amazing, and the creative manner in which he's able to find financial solutions is incredible. He presented us with multiple options showed the various sliding highs and lows of each option and helped guide in a direction that was best for our family. After some of the horror stories we've heard friends and family go through, we struggled trusting folks in this space, but Troy really calmed our fears, laid out very honest and realistic options and put our family's best interest first. High recommend working with Troy and his team at Fairway - especially if you have anxiety around refi and are unsure what you should do when it comes to doing so.   I have used Troy for a few transactions now, and in each case he has been the consummate professional and a very reliable resource. I am now at the point that I feel completely comfortable asking what he would do in my situation, and even when he offers this input, I appreciate that he also explains precisely WHY he would, in addition to still insisting on detailing the alternate options. Even when Troy and I are not working on a deal of some sort, I frequently reach out for guidance, which he readily provides. In a couple of the deals we've worked, we needed to find some creative solutions to out-of-left-field situations, and Troy worked with all involved -- including the team working my 1031 in one recent instance -- to navigate us to a solution that worked. And in a few of these situations, we were working against some tight deadlines, and Troy was the calm, calculated presence that kept us all on track!
