  Working with Tom to refinance my home mortgage was a very positive experience. From the moment I contacted him and told him my goals, hie provided advice that was designed to get me the best result based on my needs/desires. He explained all of my options clearly, It was clear he had my satisfaction in mind and was not "selling" me anything. Initially, he advised to me wait a few months after contacting him as he thought the rates might be better then and he was right. When we decided to pull the trigger on the refinance, Tom and his team at Loan Depot were always available and the process was easy and painless. This excellent, selfless advice and customer service has earned my praise here today and allows me to wholeheartedly endorse Tom as the man to contact when considering a refinance.

  My wife and I worked with Tom to secure a mortgage with our new home in 2019. Tom was not only highly responsive and available when we had questions, but he went the extra distance to highlight long-term financial opportunities to consider. Long after we'd closed on our mortgage, he contacted us when he noted interest rates were dropping and worked with us to refinance, which ended up saving us hundreds a month as well as thousands long-term on our mortgage. Tom is one of the most genuine people we've worked with in the financial industry. He is well-informed and truly looks out for the best interest of his clients. My favorite part of the process was when he ran a spreadsheet to help us understand how much house we could buy and what the monthly mortgage payment would be to ensure that we would not overextend ourselves.   Tom was referred to me by a co-worker and he truly is a blessing sent from above! From the very beginning, Tom was very amazing, quick, professional and very easy to get a hold of.   Tom was my mortgage broker on the purchase of my new home earlier this year and he couldn't have been more helpful or easier to work with. I had an unusual second source of income that I wanted to be counted to in my financing. Tom went the extra mile to ensure underwriters would understand that source of income and I would qualify for the mortgage. Tom started to transition to his new firm after my loan was approved but before it closed yet Tom ensured a smooth transition and continued to check-in until after closing to make sure that everything went smoothly. There was never a moment where I felt like he wasn't committed to get me into the place I expect to call home for years to come.

  Tom and the entire Opes Advisors team were great! My wife and I have very busy schedules that he was always happy to work around and meet in person, or discuss on the phone. All options were explained thoroughly in a manner that could be understood if you are first time buyer, or if you are unfamiliar with the whole process in general.   Buying and selling a property is so scary... I was excited for my new house and encountered a lot of struggles along the way. However, Tom and his team stuck right there with me, never let me give up and we’re absolutely AMAZING.
