  Use these guys all the time for private party transfers and for online orders. Super friendly staff, very accommodating and always on the ball to notify me when my new items arrive. My favorite FFL in this area.

  Great experience, really nice people and amazing prices. Definitely one of the cleanest and the most neat pawn shop I’ve ever been to. Would highly recommend using them.

  Skeptical at first since I was badly treated at their completion down the road, but have to say awesome deals on jewelry and firearms!!! Asked if they did FFL transfers and by far these guys have the best prices in town! will definitely be using them to transfer firearms with them in the future since is is only a mere $21 bucks! keep up the good work and great prices!

  Really had a great experience! Staff was very knowledgeable, and friendly. And fast. I was there 10 minutes, took care of business, left happy. I went there to sell things! But also would recommend shopping there. Really good fair prices. Great selection. Easy parking, next to Walmart.

  Visited this shop for the first time to conduct some business. First impression upon walking into the shop was very good; the shop is very well organized, brightly lit, open floor space, not cluttered, and the shop is CLEAN! Even behind the counter is clean and well organized, which is a very refreshing experience for me. The staff members were very professional but also friendly and knowledgeable. The business proceeded very smoothly and was a very good experience, mostly thanks to Tropics' staff members' help. I will be returning to this place for a closer look at their other merchandise in the future.

  They have a nice store with a fair amount of items. But there brokers don't know how to make deals!!! The have to read the computer. And don't seem to know when someone comes in and says I'll buy all of these items you have and pay cash what the best you can do $24 off a $250 cash purchase is not a deal. I can go to retail and get at the a 20% off coupon. Hair some good brokers that can make deals!!? I'll take my cash down the road.

  Hi Ron, we do have three new employees that are in training and the expectation is that they will use the computers so they do not make a mistake. We also try to have great prices every day which does not give us as much wiggle room to make deals. It also depends on the type of items you were purchasing. Our prices are well below retail to begin with and if you see something you feel is too high, please ask about it since we may have made a mistake in pricing. We are human..lol.   Best pawn shop in town. They have great prices and beautiful jewelry. Nice people in the store too. Very friendly and helpful. I love to go in and look at jewelry. I have bought 8 rings from them now and the rings are lovely. I plan to get laptops for my kids this year for Christmas and I plan to get them at Tropics. You get so much more for your money.

  One of the only pawn shops that I go to. but occasionally they do try to pull a fast one.. there has been a handful of times where I have gone in there and have gotten roughly 15 or $20 for an item that I see on there shelves going for at least $200. Most of the employees are friendly and good people but there is a guy with red hair that is an absolute jerk and very unfriendly. I get it it's a business and you have to make money.but that's not how you make repeat customers,because when I need to pawn something it's for a bill or something of importance. not all of us are Junkies

  Great pawn shop! I will never buy anything without checking with these guys first. I have bought two laptops, two TVs, an Xbox 360, a PS3, and a PS4 here, never had a problem with anything. Only bought one game that didn't work and they gave me a full refund the next day. The employees are all super helpful and friendly, they are always willing to chat if they have the time. One of my favorite shops in Vancouver. I will never even bother going to a different pawn shop.
