      This review has to do with KeyBank and there deposit policy not so much the employees at this branch. So there policy is to only give you $100 available in your account when depositing a check until the check clears which is usually 24 hours, but today I take in 2 federal income tax return checks and deposit and I get $100 available in my account what a joke, at the least you would think there would be $200 available, a $100 from each check. I mean this isn’t payroll or private party checks it’s the irs I could have went to any bank or even Walmart and cashed these checks for a very small fee. Hell I could have cashed them there and then deposited the cash but I find out no I can’t even do that cause they won’t even cash irs checks over $500 which I don’t believe that. I’ve had it with KeyBank for a year and a half I was cashing my payroll checks at the bank there draw from and didn’t even use my KeyBank account I just started using again this year but this is it. I will be withdrawing all of my accounts and taking my money to a different branch and opening a account

      This teller named "Chris" is very unprofessional and not a pleasant person to deal with at all refused to cash my check asking questions that I've never been asked about at any other key bank this is by far the worst customer service I've ever received. He was obviously just lazy to do his job since there was no one else there at the moment now I see why they have 2 stars I would've gave it none if I could. Hope you guys can actually hire people that like interacting with customers in a happy polite manner have a great day.

      Took a friend to this branch to cash a bond and set up a checking and savings account. I am really happy with the branch in Hood River, Oregon and recommended Key Bank. We gave them our phone numbers to call us after the lady spoke to her supervisor about cashing the U S Government Bonds and allow her to set up accounts. Never heard from them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! —————— Update: My friend went back to retrieve her paperwork after not hearing anything from this person. She told my friend she tried calling both of our cell phone numbers but both our phones do not show any sign having received any missed calls so can only assume that was not true. Still not impressed with this Key Bank branch.

      I just moved to town, and I was looking for another bank to open a checking and savings account. Being that they were literally down the street from my house I chose them. I’ve never heard of KeyBank before and they were very nice when they were getting my business. Erin hellerud a relationship manager Is the person that open the account for me. I pay $25 extra to have my debit card sent to me overnight and I received it on Friday, 20 March. When I got the card I want to activate it and it would not activate it said call customer service. So I called customer service, they said that my account was flagged to be closed, I told him I just open the account to days earlier so why is he being closed. They didn’t tell me that it shows that I have an old bank account with them and all the money. I told him I’m from Shreveport Louisiana, there is no KeyBank there and I’ve never had an account with them before so somethings wrong. So I get on the phone with the manager Erin and tell her what’s going on because I have $17,000 that needs to be deposited into the account and if they can’t do it I need to find a way to stop it and have it put into my other bank. She didn’t tells me I need to make an appointment to come in because of the virus going around and I said OK I’ll come in and make a withdrawal and close my account but the $25 I paid for you to rush this car to me I want it back, she said there was no problem and this is the 4:52 PM on Friday, March 20. I go into the bank today to close the account and all of a sudden nobody knows what I’m talking about. The teller that’s closing the account then goes over to Erin to ask her what’s going on, she acts as if she doesn’t know what’s going on then gets up and leaves to avoid looking at me and talking to me. But you’re the one that open the account so therefore you get the credit for it and then screw everybody over afterwards. People do not do business with KeyBank especially the KeyBank in Hazeldale, they’re real nice to you when you want to open an account but when you leave them because of their mistake all of a sudden is no good. So my Wells Fargo account and my USAA account Will get my business in KeyBank will never get any of my business again nor any of my companies. That’s all I have to say. I also told them I was putting them on social media but they thought it was a joke but here you go. Erin hellerud does not do good business, Which in turn makes KeyBank a bank no one should deal with because the employees are reflections of you

      Huge attitude from the teller. That makes 4 times. Plus started to ask a question but she shoved my cash through the slot and didn't even acknowledge me as a customer. I'm tired of being treated like an inconvenience so I'm pulling my $ and going elsewhere.

      Don't do buiness with any key banks they are a rip off qutie don't mean nothing to them master card threw them garbage can't dispute charges how motels that look nice then you find out there is roaches in the motel and know air conditioner at all so key Bank bad they don't care about there customer s
