  I have purchased 2 cars from here and 2 from other Dick Hannah places. I have referred 3 or 4 people to Dick Says Yes and several to Dick Hannah in general. I referred because I have always had outstanding service. My son now works for them and they are amazing until last Saturday. It went from my best experience to my worst!. I brought an employee of mine who happens to be friends of my sons for years to help her buy a car. She had been communicating with Doug (who kinda hounded) and was waiting for her tax return. We arrived and was greated nicely as always and picked out a vehichle immediately and test drove it. She loved it so moving on started the process from HELL> It had body damage, sales man says yes Im sure we can fix it. Nope! Do we get friends and family discount (before we came the answer is yes) now the answer was NOPE! "its for immediate family only" She has been a friend of his for years and he was available to confirm but we had given his name etc before. Moving forward I have never been told I would receive a referral bonus (like the 4th person I have sent there) but since he was getting me one I should refer people to him. I would never impose this on my worst enemy. This process took 5 hours! We were left sitting a table for over an hour without any communication whatsoever had no idea where he went. I even said maybe he took lunch. Then when we were signing papers (which has always been the quickest part) we were in there beyond and hour and a half. We ended up with as is and no warrenty (which was determined before) but the sales man (who started 3 months ago seemed like 3 days ago) had no idea what he was doing. He had her sign in the wrong place and clicked around in the computer not saying anything forever!! It was so bad other sales people were coming in asking what the ETA was and if they could help. He declined. They came again and finaly someone took over and had it done in minutes. Why didnt he ask for help. This sale was so easy and so quick after quick nopes it should have been about 3 hours maybe but 5 hours because he had no idea what he was doing. I was in pain uncomfortable, the poor girl buying the car just wanted to leave. We heard all about his past failed marriages through the grewling process. I am not sure I would ever refer to Dick Says yes again after that experience. So dissapointing.

  Came in not knowing what was even available to me. Was met in the parking lot and treated with genuine kindness from the get go. We had to leave for an appointment but we were kept up with EVERYTHING! We were able to get a safe vehicle and everything was explained to us so that it was easily understood. Jim and Doug are our Angels! They also helped us with speaking to our insurance company. Not many people willingly stay late to help like this. Thank you!

  First time buying a car and it was a great experience! Rock Sobeck played a big part in my decision to buy the car. He was extremely helpful and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all...something that had turned me away from the dealerships I had been to before this one. Overall, I love my new car and I would definitely consider buying from them in the future. Thanks Rock, you're the man!

  Had a great experience for my second time here. The staff helped me when I had bad credit get in to a vehicle and I was able to come in today and get exactly what I wanted in financing a new vehicle. JAMES Mahin worked with me and was able to nail on the head what I wanted. Couldn't be a happier new car owner thanks to the team and staff here.

  I had an amazing experience at Dick Says Yes. I worked with Lance Preston, who was so friendly and attentive to my needs, making sure I understood every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Dick Says Yes - I own my very first new car (!) and couldn't be more pleased with the Customer Service I received throughout the process!

  We needed a car and they got us into a sweet ride. Jim Mahin was great to work with, honest and pulled as many strings as he could to get us into a clean, safe ride at the lowest possible cost. Highly recommended!

  Spent time looking online for a truck till I found one I liked. Doug Kenaga was great in working with me on financing and not having me make an hour trip and return home empty handed. Bought the I wanted at a great price and without getting the pushy sales reps that I've experienced in the past. I definitely would go back again to purchase. Betty

  Yeah I purchased a 2016 KIA RIO from Dick Hannah says yes and it is used with 26000 miles on it and the car is in practically good condition yes I made a good decision buying from there. And you will see good cars at this lot. So Thanks Again for helping me . James Stone

  They were really awesome at dick says yes! James Stone was a very helpful salesman! He went and picked up the car from another lot for me to test drive and made it easy to get financing!
