      Extremely unprofessional, This man and his business or a bunch of crooks never in my life have I seen ConMan quite like this they make you jump through flaming hoops to buy the home and then once you own it, they completely refuse to honor their end, of the contract! they claim that they have snow removal then never remove the snow! I’ve been late to work countless times because of this man’s laziness! I called to try to nicely ask him about it and he completely refuses to help wanted me to go outside and measure the snow in inches. Lol I have three different beehives just on the one location alone in the summer. Also lots of plumbing issues all of those things triton claimed he would take care of in our contract and now refuses to do so

      They are insurance scammers i rent a lot they ack like they pay me when all they do is take. They scam people banks bad to keep his parks going. If you rent and they scam you call attorney or the news owner needs jailed. As soon as you go to sell your home they throw you one eviction notice after another. So you can sell it they try taking it from you. Money scammers! As soon as trailers are old they take it out on the trailer owners. They collect rent off these for 30-40 yrs and make the owners of these trash homes pay all the repairs like the leaky roofs. Black mold heaven!

      Being a tenant with these people at their Depew property has been a terrible experience. Very rude and inconsiderate people. Apartment I had rented has terrible winows can feel cold air coming into apartment in winter time so of course your heat bill goes sky high and your still cold inside the apartment. Landlord insists they are new windows might be true but they were poorly installed if so. Also they will come into your apartment when/if they want to because "it's my property" as stated by landlord. I'm glad I was able to get out of there. Strongly suggest everyone stay away.
