  STAY AWAY. IT'S A SCAM. Applied for a loan. I decided not to go with their offer. Alexander Race repeatedly text, called, and emailed me. His texts were threatening and pushy. He told me that if I didn't take their offer, I would be in "financial ruin" and needed to take their offer or risk losing everything. I advised him to stop contacting me after the first "financial ruin" scare text and voicemail. He has continued to text and email me. I have advised him 5 times to stop. I responded with a notification that his company is not permitted to contact me or access my personal information. At this point, I am forwarding transcripts of the texts and emails to the authorities. After doing research on this company and all of the other companies listed at their address, all of the companies are scams. The reviews are fake. These people need to be shut down.

  All the good reviews are FAKE. If you are in debt run far far away. This is not a debt consolidation company. They insist you stop paying all you credit cards, give them your money instead for a couple years,  ignore you while you are being sued by all of your credit card company's,  a lean can be put on your house and you will be forced to represent yourself in court, there are no real lawyers that work here, the litigation department is a whole bunch of kids they hired for minimum wage. They go by Alias firms like "Rockwell" and "Boulder" those lawfirms don't really exist.

  It’s hard to find a trustworthy firm that cares about its clients. Thankfully, I found Strategic Financial during a difficult time in my life, and my rep did everything they could to help me and communicated with me every step of the way. I’d recommend them to anyone with financial troubles.

  I've been engaged by Strategic Financial Solutions as an outside contractor for just over 1 year and am continually impressed as they are an organization that truly "walks their own talk." Their Core Values have meaning, the culture is real, and they are absolutely driven to do the right thing with respect to people and relationships. If you're a potential client - go ahead and check them out. They shoot straight and make good on their commitments. If you're a potential employee - take a long, hard look at this company for your next position. Assuming you're a fit, it could be the place you advance through the rest of your career!

  I've been working for Strategic for about 8 years now. I enjoy working for a company that care about their employees. Strategic always working on making the workplace a fun and happy place to be in. The staffing here are friendly and fun to work with. This place is amazing - when I need a break, I go to the arcade area and play Ms PAC-Man.

  Strategic Financial Solutions has been a tremendous place of growth for me. The management team really works hard to promote a consistent, high performing and empathetic culture. Transparency is another word that I would use to describe what goes on here. One of the other great things about this place is the level of growth and expansion that the company has been experiencing. It is not just the kinds of new challenges and opportunities I get to work on, but also the quality of people I get to work with to address these challenges. I really love working here.

  The culture is amazing here. Managers care and strive to help you reach your goals. My co-workers quickly became friends and I honestly can say I'm very happy with where I work. Everyday I come in and have the ability to change someone's life and clients are constantly thankful when enrolling with us. Strategic also does a great job recognizing employee's and making sure your hard work goes noticed!

  Been working with Strategic for over 6 months now.. and I have never worked anywhere that I liked so many people. They really have culture mastered. Also, from what I've seen the organization really cares about helping as many people as possible including its employees. There is exponential growth going on here and they are poised for big things. I would be shocked if this company isn't a household name in the industry in the next 5 years.. and a billion dollar company in less than 10. And they are doing it THE RIGHT WAY. Love it here. I will say, like any sales job there is turn over, but I can speak to this from the ton of sales experience I have. And from my experience what I can tell the vast majority of people who have left, have been because they truely were not a good fit for a sales job in general not because they disliked the company. All in All strategic is a great place to work, and there is a reason why they keep winning awards every year for being one of the best companies to work for in all of NYC. I see myself here for a long term stay!

  I have worked at Strategic for 18 months and I can tell you that this place is truly special. It starts with the way in which we help our customers get through difficult financial situations. That said, the company treats its employees just like they do their customers. The culture is one of learning, growth, and fun. Now that the firm is 100% employee owned, all employees get the benefit from the great growth of the firm.
