  We rented a car for the month, and Jimmy Lee was fantastic, quick and painless. We didn’t even have an appointment and he still managed to get us a rental. The customer service here is impeccable and the vehicles that I’ve seen are great.

  I have never purchased a car from triangle, but I use their rental cars all the time. Jimmy and Tom are two of the most genuine, respectful, understanding, helpful individuals you will meet. Its also really cool of them to always try to get me a 5 speed. Cant rent those anywhere else.

  Great service. Best prices in the area. Cars are old with 100k+ miles but they do the job. Great customer service. They'll make a vehicle available within 2 days.

  Moved to Frederick 2 years ago and I’m so thankful I found this place to take my car to get serviced. Great quality work and the customer care is amazing. Tina and T are some of the best people to work with. Customer always comes first. Thanks for everything.

  I have always had great experiences with Triangle, and I send other Honda owners here all the time. Everyone is courteous, respectful and professional. They offer great service at better prices than Honda dealers. As far as rentals go, and reviewers have blasted the rental side for offering less-than-pristine cars, you can get a vehicle to get you around suitably while your car is getting work done. Don't give bad reviews to an otherwise great company because you got an old ugly car with a jillion miles on it. $15 a day is ok. Going on a vacation with the family? Rent a nice car from a car rental company.

  We have rented vehicles from triangle a few times now. They have always been kind, courteous and have always tried to help us out to the best of their ability. Their prices are also far more reasonable than those of chain stores. Though their cars are a little older we've never had a problem

  I love Triangle, and all the folks who work there - Jon, Tee, Tom and others. They are friendly, remember me and use my name, try to accommodate my schedule, and make me feel at home if I have to wait. I took my old Accord to them for its last years, after 250,000 miles, and now am taking my Fit there. Nothing but good things to say. Finding a trustworthy place to take your car is a hard thing, in my experience, and Triangle fits the bill! UPDATE 2017: All the same glowing comments, nothing has changed except a few of the folks who work there, but Jon, Tee and Tom (who rents cars for those of us who may need one) are all still great! Wouldn't take my Honda Fit anywhere else!

  This was my first visit to Triangle motors. They were thorough with their inspection of our exhaust situation on our Honda Ridgeline. Indeed, they were equally thorough in their explanation of the work that needed to be done and only charged for what needed to be done. I've encountered others who would replace an entire exhaust system where only some welding was needed. I appreciate the honesty. Thank you.

  The service at Triangle is a rarity. The staff are down to earth, trustworthy, reasonable, empathetic, and charming!   I've got nothing but great things to say about Triangle Honda. I've taken our cars there for years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else for major service anymore. I've tried trusting other places and have always been disappointed. IE: I went to Shockley Honda dealership one time to get my oil changed and the idiot tech there stripped my darn oil pan drain hole and tried to charge me for it. I told that fool that it was fine when I brought it in and they better make it fine before I leave or they will be talking to the Honda Corporate Office. I have never had to worry about shady service with Triangle Honda. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. God-willing, we will be customers with them until we aren't driving anymore. And then our kids will be customers!
