      The Frederick bank on Wormans Mill is probably one of the worst banks in the area. There is a blonde woman who works there who is always really mean when I have to deal with her. She always has a bad attitude and makes me feel unwelcome, as if me coming to the bank inconveniences her day. She is super aggressive in a bad way. If I didn't have to go here due to my business account, I wouldn't. I dread the days I have to go here. Terrible experience. I personally bank with Bank of America on Grove Rd... they are always friendly there!

      My parents had all their money in Wells. When they passed I kept the investments and a checking account. Evidently, I moved the investments because they are beyond difficult. I still have a checking there to deal with some ongoing estate money. I had to have some savings bonds transferred into my name from the estate. Because, my kids are willed money from the estate at the age of 35, they needed to sign the forms. My son was in Michigan working, I simply emailed the copies of all paperwork to Bank of America in Michigan and they had no problem putting a signature guarantee on for him. My daughter goes to college in the area of this branch, I met her here so they could guarantee her signature. What an nightmare, Told me I had to have all the originals and I should get them back from the Treasury. I even called the treasury who said they deal with Wells Fargo all the time and she could speak to the branch manager. He would not. I had to have my daughter missed class drive back to where we live to have it signed at a bank with good customer service. Joe Carey (I think that’s the managers nane) You lack the integrity to service customers.

      I visit here frequently and unfortunately this is the closest branch to me in Frederick. They are always rude and short with me there. This last time prompted a post. I was leaving town to catch a plane. Their ATM ate my card. I went in to get it back. Manager said could not get it back (a lie) Then no one in the back was interested in my problem. They walked around just talking to each other. I was furious. I had to leave a a plane to catch. I was told to sit and SOMEONE would help. More time went by, No attempt to get a new card. I was more furious. The manager refused to get me a new card. I have it on tape. A copy of this with more detail is going to Wells Fargo. I will never go to that branch again. I see I am not the only one with problems there.

      What kind of customer service is this?? What bank closes at 5:00 on a Friday SMH worst I've ever seen

      There customer services for inside and phone are the worst I had ever deal with. They don't even deserve the one star. 1st when you can make a payment online you cannot use credit card 2ndTo pay inside you can only use cash 3rd Phone customer service is very rude can't be on speaker only can talk to one person very weird rules 4th When you ask a question they tell you other information and don't understand what you're asking. They are not in business to help you in any form or fashion please stay away from the Wells Fargo and less you want to be seriously and inconvenience

      I went into the Wormans Mill Road branch this afternoon to close out a joint acount that I had with my recently deceased mother. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with the utmost courtesy by the staff. I was helped immediately and had the whole transaction completed within 10 minutes! Exceptional professionalism, expecially by Sean Cubbedge who primarily assisted me, but also the teller and the gentleman who initially greeted me.

      We came in and talked to a banker, closed our account, they took our cards and shredded them, and the accounts remained open without us knowing. Account fees, then overdraft fees were charged to the account, and we are being held responsible for them as the bank didn't do what they said they had done. Why would we pay off our Wells Fargo credit card, empty our accounts, and go withdraw all of our money from a BANKER (vs a teller). The bank manager is rude and has actually laughed at me when I was voicing my complaints. This branch is the SOLE reason my accounts are now closed with Wells Fargo.

      Apparently having a Wells Fargo credit card doesn’t mean you have an account with them. They are happy to open credit card for you but you will get zero account service/benefit from this branch.

      Out of all the banks I have used in my lifetime,Wells Fargo far exceeds all of my expectations and has offered me unparalleled customer service and advice with smiling faces. I had what I thought was another problem today and met with Amirza Ismail who once again solved my problem and made a potentially complicated issue quite simple. Thank you Ismail and thank you Wells Fargo.

      Frederick Md office. Walked in door I hear hello. From where unknown? Up to counter Some guy advertising speaks French. I hand him a deposit slip filled out then I recounted the cash and hand cash. He says what do you want me to do with this in an accent unfamiliar. I choked back what I was thinking and said deposit to checking like it says on slip. Then he asks how much. Then he points to a sign and states you have to be on the account to deposit cash. I advise if you took the time to look at the account you’d see I was. Then I had to ask him do you want my identification? What an insulting ignorant person to deal with. Unfortunately I’ve had the same experience every time he waits on me. Time to post the review.
