  I’ve been banking with PNC for over 15 years and I’ve always had great experiences. Nothing tops our most recent experience, though. My boyfriend and I opened up a new account at this branch and we worked with Joe Holloway. Joe is very kind and friendly and extremely helpful. We really feel like he cared about us and our needs and really goes the extra mile. He is our go-to guy for all of our finances. 5 stars!

  My girlfriend and I just opened a joint checking together and I've been a pnc customer for awhile. We met with Joe Holloway who asked us some questions and walked us through our options. Joe also gave us some great advice for budgeting and working towards our dreams and goals. The best part is we met with Joe another time to get his advice and make a plan to help us save money! I highly suggest visiting this PNC and working with Joe Holloway or any of the other great employees. PNC offers so much more than you think!

  easy to use automated answering system. it only took one button press to be put on hold. they answered within 30 seconds. even though they weren't able to help me, they provided me with a company, phone number and address that could. excellent customer service. thanks

  The teller may be friendly here but they have the worst customer service when it comes to service reps, you can't just walk in. you have to make an appointment. I've been here three times and I'm told i have to wait up to an hour to see a service rep to talk about my own accounts. One of the tellers told me that they're trying to discourage walk-in customer support - that's so ridiculous

  If I could give zero starts I would. Why is this location closed? Parking lot is full with customers who are wondering the same thing. Unfortunately I need to deposit a check that can't be done through the app so the options you give are useless to me.

  If you are looking for a student account, home loans or is time for a change PNC Bank is your answer! I was impressed with the professionalism attitude shown by the staff, specially by Uzoma Hemuka and Luis Landaverde. They made me feel appreciated, welcomed and heard and the most important thing, they took care my financial needs. I will not hesitate to recommend PNC Bank to anyone!

  I personally haven’t had a terrible time with this branch but my wife had a horrible experience. I never really go into the branch, but I do get phone calls with them trying to set up meetings. Kinda annoying.

  They dont greet you when you walk in. Waited over 10 mins while two tellers were busy with a customer and the drive thru teller stood there not helping anyone. After waiting i decided to leave and go to the PNC off Buckeystown Pike in the Westview shopping center. That branch gets a five star rating! Never returning to the Riverside branch!
