  these people don’t follow directions what’s so ever. Paying payments through banks in general is a joke, I went in to pay $300 on a note and was charged $455 for why no idea but I didn’t think it was okay for them to completely wipe more out than what I went in to pay.

  The people are friendly, and the appreciation they have of the community is amazing, and the new location is gorgeous. I decided to go through Triad for an auto loan, the process was easy, non-stressful, and quick. It was handled by the people you meet at the bank, not by 3rd parties and or other states. I highly suggest Triad Bank, at both locations.

  This bank is top notch. Great customer service and awesome staff. Love the new branch building at 61st & Memorial. The place is state of the art! Comfortable and welcoming also. If you havnt seen it yet, you gotta stop by truly amazing.

  This is the way banking should be done. Real people making the decisions and those decisions are being made by people that live in our community. Joe, Jimmy, Angie, and all the bankers and staff are truly top notch!
