  I was days away from losing my best friend Paws, the only family i have now and my home of 10 years.Then, like an angel on the other end of the line was a kind and helpful manager from Southern Financial. God bless her and this company for what they do! If you are in real trouble and need help, call this place. Highly recomend.

  All I'm gonna say is the supposed manager is a miserable person who acts like the money comes from her pocket she is definitely in the wrong field I seriously will pray for her. Her coworkers sit in there like they scared of her smh I was disgusted Terrible Terrible Terrible

  I don't see how this place got 5 stars from other people, they must have dealt with someone else than I did. I had to talk to her supervisor and let her know how rude she was. We were there till after they closed because I had to download documents. If it was not for her supervisor apologizing for the woman's attitude, I would have left. She was rude as soon as I walked in. It was just how she came across. It seemed like she didn't want to give me the loan so she thought she could have an attitude towards me. Worst experience I ever had anywhere.

  The people who work here are amazing and friendly. Brittany Plum was extremely helpful and answered any question, she is very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to see her. Good job guys. Keep up the good work!

  Manager called me and told me my payment was due and then informed me that I qualify for a new program. Got the documents needed and headed over there on my lunch break. They failed to inform me prior to arriving the details of what I needed to bring. Then they were unable to make a easy decision to help me as the customer. I wasted my time for nothing

  The staff was very friendly , they immediately went about get my loan approve. Brittany Plum worked to get me approved and was nice, friendly , and efficient . I wish I could give them more than 5 stars .

  The ladies that work there are great! Super understandable and consider everything that's going on right now and works with you the best they can and gives you options! Teresa is the manager there and she is amazing! I would recommend getting a loan from here their amazing! Great rates as well! Give them a call! :)
