  I recommend avoiding this creditor like the plague. I took out an auto loan with this company specifically to improve my credit but after I finished paying it off I found out they only report to Experian, which is pretty useless. When I asked if it was possible for them to report my loan to the other bureaus I was met with a defensive spiel about how they are a small business and they don't have to report to any creditor at all. All of the support staff I've spoken to here have been rude and gave me the impression they were annoyed with my questions. When I first took the loan out I was told to call support after a year or so of on time payments and they would lower my interest rate. That was a flat out lie. Not only did I make all of my payments on time, but I paid more than the minimum every month. When I called like they said to, the support staff was rude and annoyed. They told me that they never lower interest rates and never will and that whomever told me they would was (insert rude name here). After 4 or so years of working with Tri State Credit Corp, I have had nothing but negative experiences with them.

  I couldnt have asked for a better interaction with a company. They have been super attentive,professional and pleasant. For 4 years I have had the pleasure of dealing with their company and couldnt have had a better experience anywhere else unless someone flat out gave me a car. When I first purchased my car I lived in PA and when I went to transfer it to Nj was super confused they helped me thru it. I will go as far as to say they made me feel like family! I really don't understand any of these negative reviews saying they were "rude", it couldnt be farther from the truth!! I just went to pick up the title for my fully paid off car yesterday and was actually sad to say good bye to everyone! Dont believe any bad hype about this office because they are truly kind, helpful, knowledgeable,professional and considerate.

  RUN...DO NOT do not do business with this company!!!! They are fraudulently holding on to money after not performing services as promised. They will promise a refund if they fail to secure a loan but no refund will be issued. BEWARE...you have been warned.

  Worst credit union bad place to do business they dont try to understand or have courtesy towards there clients look else where for a car loan. there staff are rude especially anthony and supervisor maria help your credit by looking elsewhere
