Meghan Cash1Staff is incompetent and unhelpful. Debbie is not good with people and likely shouldn’t be in a leadership position. Bank has ridiculous rules with the debit card. Closing my account as soon as my 1st of the month bills clear.

Jennifer Dalponte5Debbie has been SO helpful and patient and kind with me as a new customer. I just opened an account with Members 1st and I have been treated so kindly. With the quarantine going on Debbie has helped with banking tools and guidance that has caused me so much comfort and avoided me so much stress. Debbie is everything customer service should be. I will bank NO where else thanks to Debbie!!!

Gerald Kopp1I would give zero stars if I could. Debit card blocked w/o notice often on Fridays after business hours. That results in lack of funds all weekend. Numerous complaints fall on deaf ears, no response!!! Routine, monthly transactions blocked for years of similar activity. I recommend you seek an alternative Credit Union. Members first? Members where the sun don't shine!

TecH20 Store1Will be switching banks this weekend , flagged my account basically every 5 times i used my card, today is just the latest and greatest in their sketchy fraud detection . First suspened my account then after dealing with their fruad department i travel all the ay back the atm just to be told i reaches my daily card limit .... but i havent used it in two days ......😐😐 im so lost by how they are operating. Will be going to bank of america to avoid these types of issues. Atlwast they wont bascially keep my account as a hostage at will. If i could give 0 stars i would.

longeze dude5Im a member of Jerseyshore FCU in Linwood NJ but live near Vineland. Because they are a co-op bank I was able to make my deposit at members 1St and save an hour of driving. Everyone I met were so nice and helpful. Great place! Thankyou Members First!!

Julia Udzinski1I opened an account with these people and they held my money hostage declined my card every time I tried to use it. They put my account into over draft and when I payed it off they lost it and demanded I give it to them again and reported me, but now they found it all of sudden when I want to take action, covering up their own behinds because they messed up, clown check !!!! Lol

Mike Ogbin1This CU has horrible hours unless you drive all the way out to VIneland. Their fraud detection flags so many online purchases. They even flag ShopRite online. The service stinks. I recently got an auto loan Thorugh Citadel CU and the service is night and day.

In addition to our office hours, we have Online Banking and a Mobile app. Within the two, you can transfer money, check balances, and make check deposits. After looking up your address, I can understand why you say "all the way out of Vineland". Although our fraud department can sometimes be a hassle to work with, they ultimately help to prevent fraudulent transactions from occurring. dannydidittwice1Members First my backside.. I need help and they can help me. So, obviously the member isnt first but they can take my whole paycheck though. Told them i was having trouble with direct deposit, then when i get it they terminate my account. Thats fine.. rather give that percent to check cashing now.
