  Excellent credit union. My son just opened an account here for his first summer job. The staff has always been friendly and the ATMs are very accessible.

  I've been calling for a week with long wait times over an hour plus have even called to use Eva as a online assistance my account is locked I've been trying to get in contact with someone to unlock my account this is very inconvenient and at this time looking to close my account with this institution due to week long inconvenience I have also tried this method of contact and no one has reached back out.

  I purposely set up my online banking to make my life a little easier but whoever setup their web page should be fired. This is beyond frustrating when you have to repeatedly setup because for some reason it wants you to answer security questions that aren’t yours. I’ve called and complained about this before because it’s a repetitive problem. I’m really considered banking elsewhere!

  Terrrrrrrrible credit union! Scamming members for money and do not take any responsibility for it. Their app never ever works. They fire all the good employees and leave the ones who have no idea what they're doing. Their wait time is ridiculously long for no reason. I literally have absolutely NOTHING positive to say about this place!

  Great bank with great people. I love the consistency i always get here. If you can, deal with Wayne. Wayne was so helpful with me when he set up my account years ago and he has been here to help me with everything since. I walk in the bank and im greeted by name. Where else you gettin that?

  I did 50/50 with my check and did them at the same time. But i got BLUEBIRD portion of my check thursday and sjfcu monday and i needed all of it on friday. I got my insurance cancelled because they dont direct deposit fast enough. Payday was friday and i got paid 3 days later

  Friendly staff. Most time spent there for transaction 10 minutes. Girly is awesome she spends whatever time needed to to make sure all your questions are answered. Love this branch.

  I came to make a deposit at the Vineland branch, only to wait in line for 45 minutes. No one at the drive thru despite the long line. I'm so disappointed and frustrated!
