  By far the best tellers in town!!! They are super friendly. They all make me feel like a VIP when I come there with any questions or just to check my account. They are very helpful with any situation that I have. They always make sure to ask about my little one. They get to know their customers and they make us feel more like family. I recommend this bank to anyone on the planet.

  I would like to give Brielle and Vicki a great review cause if it wasn’t for those two I would not have a checkbook. Those two are the kindest and sweetest people I have ever met. I have to have either one of them help me with my checkbook come every third of the month. They are always ready and willing to help me at any time.

  Brielle and Rachel went above and beyond with answering all of my banking questions! They made me feel like a person, and not just another number! Also, their service hours (M-Sun) are unbeatable! Highly recommend this location!

  I need to comment on Vicki - she is far and away the very best teller I have ever had. She listens - I mean really listens - and is very polite and friendly. Best teller ever.

  Bank manager here is callous and rude. Would not do business here or any tri city for that matter.

  I to had a breach of my account by Amazon and I was sent a letter that stated I benefited and what was returned to me was taken back. This was no benefit to me but sure was for them!!!!

  Extremely conservative and inflexible company. They used to be fantastic, but notsomuch these days. Highly recommended Empower Credit Union.
