  I went to Rosen Kia Milwaukee back in 2013 and got my first Kia Forte. Loved the car and the service that they gave for my first Forte. So when they offered me a chance to update and lower my car payments, I went in and met with them again. I am now driving my second Kia Forte. The sales man John Bappert was exceptionally terrific and explained and helped me achieve the goal I was after. Their service department is excellent as well They will see me in 3 years to get my next Kia.

  I had an excellent experience getting my car at Rosen Kia. My salesman Ruben Zavala was awesome. He was helpful, got me a great deal and knew all about the cars and product to help me with what I needed for me and my family. I would recommend strongly that you work with Ruben he really works for the customer!

  Very helpful and friendly associates, they were available if/when we had questions otherwise they left us alone. They walked us through the paperwork step by step so we understood exactly what we needed to lease our vehicle. I will definitely go back to them once our lease has expired.

  It seemed we were treated as the only customer Rosen Kia had the evenings we worked with Dan Summers, and then Nick Reed who took over from Dan. We were amazed how receptive Nick was to our needs. He didn't try to push anything other than what we wanted. Nick was very honest. After we negotiated a price we received a 275.00 credit because the car came with a slightly lower MSRP. Plus we received some options (pin striping and a trunck mat protector) for free. It was just unbelievable!! I think prospective customers of Rosen should know how customer friendly these guys are. Nick and everybody at Rosen must be concerned about their long term relationship with each customer, because I have to tell you we would buy another car from Rosen without any reservations!

  Our sales assistant was John Bappert. He was quick and courteous and provided a pressure-free experience. John answered our questions (he knew Kia inside and out), let us test drive a few and then let us make our own decisions. There was no stress in our buying experience here. The price was as quoted and did not increase when we went in to do the paperwork (as had happened previously to us at another dealer). John found us the car we wanted and we felt the price was fair. Win-Win.

  We were in the market for a used vehicle at a specific trim level. I found just the vehicle via the internet and was pleased when I called and spoke with Nate and he told me the vehicle was still available. We drove from Green Bay to get the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. It was well worth the trip. We arrived and Nate had the vehicle ready to go for a test drive. We liked it so much we bought in right then and there. It was an easy, painless deal. We ended up driving the vehicle home that night and couldn't be happier with our purchase.
