  We purchased our 6th Nissan from Rosen today and as usual it was an awesome experience from start to finish our sales Rep Kevin Berger always goes the extra mile to make it happen for us Kevin is more like family to us We thank the whole Rosen team for what they do I would go no where else also a thanks to Kathy in finance for her hard work to make a deal come through

  I have had excellent service from Rosen on my purchase of my Pathfinder. Kevin Berger was of great help in aligning my needs with a vehicle. He is straight forward and can get you the pros and cons of any car or truck or suv that will meet your needs PLUS your pocket book. . We then selected the Pathfinder. Then he suggested to check the national car reviews on similar vehicles before making my decision. The Pathfinder won. I already had financing available BUT Rick Burke worked his magic and reduced my interest rate .2 %. Rick was just like Kevin helping to make the decision. Since I have been in the Rosen family for almost 10 years. The most important is the Rosen service dept. The service people want to make sure that your service needs are met. They are a perfect part of Rosen family. Working with Rosen is easy. I guess that is because I am in the Rosen Family.

  Got a phone call from Faith as a follow up to my visit for service a couple of days ago. I mentioned that the wait time was quite excessive. She offered me new wipers as some gesture of compensation. She was very pleasant and offered possible reasons for the delay. I appreciated the call and the fact that my concern was recognized and not forgotten. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

  My fiance and I made an appointment online. Went in and was greeted by Eddie Reyes. The man is a genius with numbers. He knew what my payments would look like before even starting the process! He got me in my new Jeep!! We will definitely be back in to see Eddie once our son is ready for a car. Definitely go in and see him! He tells you things like it is and keeps you in the loop of what is going on. Rather than just waiting around as I previously experienced.

  I went to Rosen nissan on 5505 s. 27th st. On 2/2/21 ...when I tell you I had the best experience with Sam Sommer. He made me feel so comfortable and he went all out to help me get my dream car. I was thinking I would get a 2017 vehicle .But!! Sam shock me and was able to get me in a 2020 vehicle. With a very low APR%. I’ve been to other dealerships,and I never got this special treatment from a Saleman before. I’m very thankful and greatful to have worked with Sam Sommers and (R. Burke).👍🏾
