  I was referred to Treadstone by a close friend and worked with Tim Meduna who made the process of purchasing my first home smooth and enjoyable.   Mike and his team were awesome. My mortgage process was very smooth started with Mike Marsman prequalifying me for a loan followed by his assistant Lina gathered all my financial information after I found my home and finally Free Tran processing my loan to clear to close. They are very great in follow up and communication is next to none. Thank you for all your help.

  What a great experience I had with Treadstone. Andrea Wilson was recommended by a friend and went above and beyond. She was always available to answer questions, used several forms of communication and went out of her way to make things work. She placed several calls for me to help expedite paperwork and without her, I don't know if this mortgage would have been possible.
