  It's just time to get a new bank. This one served its purpose when I first moved here and was struggling, but now as a more established resident with better credit and income, I expect so much more. This branch doesn't even have an atm available outside of business hours, the other branch closest to my house is in downtown gr and so annoying to park at and go inside as well. They have a habit of sneaky fees and just in general a very inconsiderate costomer experience.

  I've had a fantastic experience with Michigan First! They have gone the extra mile to work with my difficult situation. The facility is absolutely beautiful and every time I enter, I am greeted like an old friend. I just love this bank.

  If there were a 0 start that’s what I would have used. A rush was place on a check from 1 account with them 2 another account with them. Funds would not be released for 10 days even though it was pulled from the account the check was drawn on the day it was deposited. What do they do with the money 4,000.00 for 10 days. Don’t except anything quickly except withdrawals!

  Very terrible now that they have a call center. Poor customer service. Will be closing all accounts.
