Paul France5The branch manager at the Drane Field Rd. branch was very professional and friendly. Ms. Ortiz was so very helpful and took her time in explaining all my options. She also took the time to help me set up my Traxcu app on my phone. She then took the time to walk me through Zelle so that I could transfer funds to my new accounts. I was able to get a great rate on my auto loan. I would highly recommend Trax Credit Union.

Megan Mason5I can’t say enough positive things about Anna Gaston. She has def been a blessing to myself and my husband. We were looking in obtaining a HELOC and she made the process so seamless. Not only was it seamless but it was fast. We are very thankful for her during this process

Thomas Bevis5I have to brag on my experience last week with Elainna Cuce, Branch Manager. I have never had such an easy, joyful auto loan experience in my life. From begging to end Elainna was all smiles and positive energy, and welcomed any and all questions. I work in banking as well, so I am well aware that managers/LO’s like Elainna are hard to come by. With her running the branch, I don’t see how any customer could ever be unhappy. 10/10 Elainna sealed the deal and my accounts will certainly stay with Trax as long as she’s there!

Robert knight5I LOVE banking here!! The customer service is beyond EXCELLENT! Sometimes they can get pretty busy, but the staff never stops smiling and being professional. The reason that I bank here is because of the friendly and patient staff. Thank you for always having a smile on your faces. The service does not go unnoticed!!

Youd Wannaknow1Lack of sense of urgency from every staff member in the building and also do not know how to manage lines accordingly. I sat inside and was told by one of the bank tellers to please stand aside while she services other customers through the drive-thru. After she told me this she then had someone with the same exact problem as me in her line that she told to come in the building. I had already been standing in the building for 15 minutes before this young lady was told to come inside the building. When it came time to reprint cards I was then skipped and the justification was because she was through the drive-thru but I was in fact there first and the staff lied... Check your cameras, your perception is awful and I will be closing my account out and finding alternative banking options why I won't be treated like cattle.

Brad Cooper1Walked into the Railroad on Drane Field Raod in Lakeland on September 10, about 230pm. Nobody was wearing a mask when I walked in, but they wanted me to wear one. I refused and went to the drive trough to withdraw a substantial amount of cash. They wanted me to wear a mask but made me take off my sunglasses when I went to the drive through...that made no sense to me either....and they didn't even ask for my ID. Our account at Railroad has been hacked several times in the past few weeks by someone from London England. Perhaps that is why they are changing their name to "Tracks" soon. Maybe if they spent more time on service and account security instead of making people wear masks, I wouldn't be changing banks at my first available opportunity.

We did revert back to a mask policy when the CDC updated guidance and recommendations.. We are doing our best to protect both our members and staff. Taylor Jane1If I could give no stars I definitely would . THIS IS THE WORST BANK IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I’ve had my account open with them for some years now , but have never used them til recently and I really regret it ! Do not bank with them , aside from the employee being unprofessional, they withhold your money longer than needed.. my pay date it Friday morning not Friday afternoon . It comes out of my employers pocket the day before so there is no reason why my money shouldn’t be in my account ! Will definitely be going back to my old services I regret ever opening up a account with RAILROAD . .. straight trash !

WITCHLIFE 8633I love this bank but my issue is why isn’t my money released The day before a holiday, I depend on my check just because it’s a holiday doesn’t mean I don’t have bills what’s up with that
Response from the ownerHi there! If your pay date falls on a holiday, the funds are typically released the day prior. However, it also depends on the date included in your payroll file. Danae Stratton1Worst bank ever! I had to close my account just to get the joint person off that I put on months after I started the account. Then I was told that they were charging me for my age which I don't think you should get charged for and why didn't I get a letter for that. Also I did not want them to call me about my new account, but Erica took it upon herself to bother me at work about a check clearing that was to clear on the 7 day that is really 8 days. This credit union sucks ass and I hope they go out of business in my town. Don't go to this bank unless you want fees and more fees that they won't tell you about.
