  I was pre-qualified they call me to come in set an appointment then rescheduled the appointment after I drove from Bartow,so went to a second appointment and took everything they ask for on the phone and after almost an hour and a half was told I needed something else because they messed up on the computer and then was denied. I was really insulted because I did everything ask infront of them and they had the comment customers alter things. When I did everything infront of them as asked. Very disappointed.

  I've spoken to reps here before, i think her name was Judy or Julie and she was great, I've spoken to a gentleman and I didn't get his name but he did get one main financial to stop calling me multiple times a day, everyday which was great because no one likes being harassed and most of them have been helpful or attempted to understand my situation. I'm compelled to write a review because my experience today with Roxanne was not pleasurable and she wasn't not professional, she scoffed/laughed when I was on the phone with her because I was rushing but I didn't need the spiel and what she was saying wasn't contributing to our conversation, I made that clear. I don't understand what was funny to her about something that's incredibly stressful for me and other customers in my situation, because I'm sure I'm not the first. Customers expect a degree of professionalism in times of stress and if a customers personality doesn't sit well with yours it doesn't give you the right to give up your one job as providing service. Despite the majority of positive reviews I do not recommend taking out a loan with one main financial, the interest rate for me was high but I was in desperate need and overlooked this and I understand it's my fault but the distress and patronizing treatment by the people who work there isn't worth it.

  I called and inquired about the status of my account. A gentleman named Joel (I believe) answered and was very rude and condescending. I requested for another person to assist, thankfully, Roxanne took the call. She explained things to me clearly and professionally. While she was not able to find solution to my concern (lowering interest rate), she at least converted my unpleasant experience re: customer service.

  Everything was pretty good. The staff were freindly and professional. They made the process very easy, however, I was supposed to receive my loan by direct deposit. But they made a mistake and I got a live check instead, so I am having to wait seven business days for the check to clear the bank. I was not very satisfied with this particular part of the loan process. They need to take more time and double check everything so these types of mistakes don't occur to other customers.

  Great costumer service by Judy and Joe. First time doing business with them and i definitely will do more in the future! I highly recommend! Everything was so fast .
