  I went to this bank a while ago to open an account and to also apply for a credit card and fortunate enough, I was approved. This is the best credit union in this area for certain. A young lady by the name of Kyla was very courteous and kind enough to explain every little detail. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone

  For two days and 6 people later I finally talked to someone that could help me with my card problems. All the answers that I got was sorry we can't help you. Call your Bank. ? Then why is the number on my card for? I had to jump thought so many hoops to get to the truth about my problem and for the right person to help me. I my family has been with GTE for a very long time and I have never had such a hard time trying to get someone to help me fix my problem.

  This is incredibly DARK Bank. No matter which way I've went to contact everything leads back to something that's a problem or incredibly unhelpful. If you have morals or standards this is not the bank to have

  I came in this morning to inquire about a credit line increase for my credit card and open up a credit card for my girlfriend. We were assisted by Kayla who was very nice and super helpful! She was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions easily and had all of our requests buttoned up and even had our cards printed in under an hour. Overall a very positive experience!

  Geat experience. Any time I needed help Niki was always there to help me out. Her experience and willingness to answer my questions is beyond what I expect at a bank. Fantastic service every time.

  I've come to actually enjoy my visits to this branch of GTE. All of the staff I've worked with has been extremely friendly, and they got out of the way to help. I had an issue, and Nikki Wills followed up on it every day for a week. She kept me informed every step of the way, and gave me great advice at the end. I truly feel like they all care about my financial well being. I can't recommend them enough!

  I worked with Kyla today after my card hasn’t been working and the phone self-help service was down. She was very helpful and made sure that I got a new card, and that it worked, before leaving. I’m really glad I use this credit union they make everything very simple.

  Great customer service when I established my account and applied for a credit card. I liked that I received follow up emails inquiring if I had any questions about my new accounts. Also, they have prompt online chat services.

  Nikki was so helpful, kind, and persistent in helping me resolve my problem. GTE bank has exceptional customer service!
