  Travis was SO GREAT to work with!! He thoroughly explained everything to us as first time home buyers, was quick to respond and provide mortgage estimates for houses we put offers on, and was very diligent to keep things moving through the closing process. He also provided clear explanations and documentation to ensure we were making the best decision when it came to our interest rate.   Not only was Travis easy to get a hold of and always happy to answer my questions, but the platform used by Ruoff Mortgage also made the mortgage process very easy. This is the second home we have purchased and it was much less confusing AND faster even though we were both buying and selling a home this time.   Travis was fantastic in the refi of my home. When other brokers were just trying to get paid I could tell that Travis was there to help. He called and checked-in, and was a blessing in this process. I would recommend him to anyone!

  Everything was perfect!, Travis made clear every step of the process, something that I was really worried about was the closing fees and everything was what he exactly told us. I also know that since we were first time home buyers we had a lot of questions to the point that we might had being annoying but he answered every and all questions.
