      I was very pleased with the service of this dealership. I recent bought a used truck from them and Don and Dave were great to work with. Both of them were very transparent about the vehicle and the sale. They spent a good deal of time with me to make sure they could get me in a vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealer!

      Great care for my vehicle, great customer service. Great listeners! I needed a loaner vehicle, and I have 6 kids. They gave me a brand new Suburban to drive. I was hoping they would forget that they were fixing my Acadia. HA! I see a new Suburban or Yukon XL in my future. Smart move DeNooyer :)

      Just purchased a new Chevrolet Pickup from DeNooyer. I was referred to Mitch the sales manager who introduced me to Mike Osterhaven.. This was my first purchase from this dealership. Both Mitch and Mike were great to deal with. They not only gave me a trade in value on my old truck that exceeded my expectations, but worked to get me their best price from the start on my new truck which I was very satisfied with. I have purchased numerous new vehicles from various other dealers in Michigan over the last 30 years and this by far was the best Chevrolet dealer I've dealt with!

      The work itself (engine work under factory recall and battery replacement) was handled effectively. However the entire experience was marred by two issues that were handled poorly from a customer service perspective. First, an oil change was insisted upon (for engine oil-consumption test prior to engine work) even though the oil had just been changed the week before. I was told by the service manager that if I didn't pay for the oil change that the dealership would refuse to do the engine work (under factory recall) - and I was told this in a rather insulting manner. Second, we were given a loaner car while work was being done, and were told the work would take 1-1.5 weeks. The loaner gas tank was empty, so my wife filled it with $35. The work was done 3 days later and my wife returned the loaner (with a nearly full tank of gas), but the service rep said dealership would not reimburse for the unused gas. No one had told us prior that excess gas would not be reimbursed. After my wife became upset, the service rep gave her only $20 and said that she should feel lucky to have gotten anything back. The overall experience leaves us with the feeling that the dealership will "nickel-and-dime" us at every opportunity, regardless of how outlandish the reasons. Needless to say, we will not be using the dealership again. Sincerely, VT & BVGL.

      Wow, Service manager Carmen Thompson went way above the new normal job performance taking care of things for me. Sept 30 I had a service appointment for my work truck and mention to Carmen about my truck going in to the body shop for repair and I was getting close to a oil change, and While my truck was in the body shop she remember that and had the maintenance done on it as well. How awesome is that, made my day, thank you

      I purchased a used Jeep Liberty from DeNooyer in Holland a few weeks ago and love it! My sales rep Evan Peterson made the whole process a great experience. He was very friendly, not pushy, was transparent about any issues with the vehicle, answered all of my questions, and provided solutions to my concerns. Evan worked out a very fair price for me, stayed late to finish up the deal, and even helped me a few days after the sale with a few requests I had. This dealership also lets you know that they appreciate the business. In addition to the sales rep thanking me the GM and Used Car Manager also shook my hand and thanked me for being a customer. I don’t typically buy cars from dealerships, but I am very pleased with my purchase from DeNooyer and would be happy to buy my next vehicle from them!

      After writing a one star review about the collision department because of the length of time and lack of communication, I was contacted by Kim from the service department. She personally addressed the issue and I was able to get my vehicle in that day. A week later I had it back and it looked brand new. They did a great job with the repair!

      I recently purchased a 1998 F-150 from Dave in the used car department at DeNooyer. When I first test drove the vehicle it had a hole in the exhaust which they said they had scheduled to have fixed. And they did fix it. I then test drove it again but the engine ran really rough. They took it in and fixed the issue which turned out to be a $900 fix. On their dime. They stood by the price we negotiated when I first looked at the vehicle and went out of there way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend going there. Not only to get a good deal but to also feel confident that if there is any issue they will go out of there way to make it right! Very happy with my purchase.
