  Timothy Kleyla, President of Mortgage House Inc. located in Holland, Michigan, were referred to us by a local, West Michigan Realtor. They themselves enjoyed a great deal of help and success with Timothy Kleyla, his office, and his office staff. They were more than friendly as they did what they had to do to accomplish the task and still be professional while getting us through the maze of paperwork. They kept us in the process with great communications, and they were successful in keeping the seller’s informed, up to date, and involved through what became a long and difficult process for both parties. This was a difficult time to be purchasing a home and we are more than sure that it was Timothy’s confidence and that of his staff that made this purchase a success. Because of Covid-19 delays the closing was not on time as we had hoped. It was a tough period for everyone. But Mortgage House Inc. got us through the closing and Mortgage House Inc. was able to get us great interest rate as well. There is no doubt from our household, that if we need this type of help in the future, we’d be right back in Mortgage House Inc. office.
