  As first time home buyer, purchasing a home can be a confusing and stressful process, especially amid a pandemic. Thankfully Trankie and his fantastic team at Big Valley Mortgage assisted me with my loan back in November 2020. They are well informed, answered the millions of questions that I had, and have great communication skills. They are well rounded professionals who made my home-buying process go a smoothly as possible. Also, their customer service is unparalleled! Albert, one of their team members, even helped me transport a couch I recently had purchased because I did not have a truck to do so myself. You cant beat that type of customer service! If I am ever in need of purchasing a new home I will definitely do business with them again.
