  This company changed their name from Alterra home loans to Cardinal!!! What a joke.. they are still the same crooks that sweep the dirt under their carpets. And allow back door dealings to happen with the customers credit files!! No apologies, no remorse, no accountability whatsoever for their I LL willed practices Amy Romero Buyers BE WARE !! Oh and ALL the 5 stars are The Employees trying to avoid losing customers do to their negligence. This place needs to be investigated and closed down!! I have my written proof of their poor handling of my documentation. Gossiping vultures. Go elsewhere if you can.. Do not be desperate or lazy not to look around for the best place !! This is NOT it.. Start your Year off with a Clean conscience..,

  Hello Ary - Thank you for your Review - I'm sorry you had a bad experience with a past employee. The loan officer you've mentioned hasn't worked with us (both Alterra & Cardinal) since May of 2018.   Cynthia and her team were great to work with. There was constant communication so we would understand exactly where we were in the process. Thanks again for everything, was a very stress free experience! =)

  Cynthia and her team are top notch!!! Their knowledge and professionalism just can't be beat. They keep you informed every step of the way. We had a 15 day escrow agreement and they were able to get it done it 14 days!! THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!! We are now in our new home and couldn't be happier. We will definitely use and recommend them to anyone needing a home loan or refi.

  Cynthia and her team always kept me well informed and educated on what to expect, what was expected of me and all the whys. This was vital to my confidence throughout my first home purchase experience. They never failed to give me all the time I needed on the phone-I never felt rushed or put off. They treated me like I was the most important person on planet earth. I highly recommend Cynthia and her incredible team.

  Jose Escandon was extremely helpful making this process easy and stress free. Jose was able to explain everything in detail and was extremely patient with me if I did not understand something. He is very knowledgeable and keeps you up to date throughout every phase during the loan process.

  Noah and his team made our first time buying a home experience very comfortable and quick. They assisted us step-by-step all the way through the process and made us feel welcomed.   My wife and I refinanced our loan through Cardinal Financial and loan originator Cynthia Reynoso was not only professional and friendly, but she promptly responded to questions we had throughout the process. We have referred family members to her to work on a refinance application for their home. That is how appreciative and confident we are that they will receive the same level of service that we received.

  I worked with Cynthia Reynoso. Cynthia seems to be at the very top of her game in communicating clearly, giving astute advise, industry knowledge as well as customer service. There is no one else I would rather work with. She's simply the best in my estimation. I highly recommend her to others needing financing.
