  My dealings with Alameda Mortgage have been perhaps the easiest to date within the last 15yrs of me having my home. The former mortgage company, that held my original loan, treated me as though I was unknown to them even after years of payment for their “services”. Micheal Casanova’s handling of my home refinance, reassured me that there are still great people within this world/industry. My greatest worry/stress had been my mortgage, however Michael and his team stepped up to the plate and knocked both my refi and stress out of the park! IF looking for an honest and knowledgeable resource, look no further than Michael Casanova and Alameda Mortgage. No, seriously, I’m being honest do not hesitate to give them a call.

  Kyle Alcorn was absolutely amazing. Before looking for a home, he spent considerable time with me explaining options and developing a strategy for both our current investment property and our home purchase which required Kyle to process two loans simultaneously. He even presented an analysis comparing the options so that I was certain we were making the best decision financially. He was responsive, made sure everything progressed quickly, and delivered an early close on both properties. I will be a lifelong customer as long as Kyle is in the business.

  Kyle Alcorn is the best loan officer we ever met. With him holding your loan...rest assured that nothing is impossible...with my credit that is not perfect, he is a an angel in disguise that make the impossible possible. I never thought I will get pre approved but he find ways and means to help you get the loan. I never imagined that we will get the beautiful mc caffrey home in a wonderful neighborhood but with his help it made our dream come true. Kyle will help you find a good deal, give you the best interest rate and the most important thing is he will help you get the house that you dream of. He is very dedicated, hard working, honest, comfortable to talk to and open up what are your concerns, honest and reliable. I will surely recommend him to my friends and I already did actually😊.   Travis from Alameda is a hard working, fast, honest, efficient, knowledgable, mortgage lending agent. He is available after hours by phone and or text and is very flexible to work with. He is also a people person and we liked him very much and he and Rebecca (our real estate agent) were both great to work with!!

  I worked with Jessica Gonzales and Karina Carlos at Alameda Mortgage Company. They were both very friendly and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Both Jessica and Karina explained everything to me in details because I was a first-time home buyer. My needs were important to them and I’m so glad I went to them.   The process was great. But after everything was all said and done we got dumped onto "Mr. Cooper" which is one of the worst mortgage companies to work with. Huge disappointment. Huge let down.

  Michelle was very helpful through our refi process she is always on top of sending emails and always keeping us informed on everything that we needed to do she was always there on the other end of the phone ready to take a phone call if we had any questions about anything with our loan we would recommend here to any of our family and friends.   We had a great experience with AMC. It was a pleasure working with Harjeet Tiwana. He has great knowledge of his works and always open to answer questions at any time and has good communication skills, very professional. He stayed on top of his work. Excellent job!   Jessica was very helpful to us during the process of applying for our home loan. She answered our questions in a timely manner and walked us through the process.
