She is so knowledgeable and will take the time to fully explain everything you need to know. She makes you feel as though you are the most important person in the world when she talks to you, because you are!   Trang was so responsive, thorough, transparent and extremely easy to work with. She even answers on the weekend! Made bundling my insurance super easy. She is readily available and much more responsive than my previous agent. She explained everything to me and made the process easy and explained it in a a way that's easy to understand!
