  Been working with JR since 2004 and this is our 3rd refinance deal that we just closed in May 2020. Given today's environment it was the easiest process out of the 3 deals we've done. Thanks to JR for his guidance and also to Angela to complete all documentation via email and e-signature the entire process took just under 30 days. From the initial application to having the notary drop by our house with the close docs it all went very smooth.   My earlier refis were a disaster - JR is definitely the best loan guy out there! I can’t thank them enough! I started working on my home refi just before the covid mess broke out and JR locked me at 3.25...then once the rates started dropping again he was able to re-negotiate to an incredible 3%! I was thrilled to get such a low rate and will hang on to their team for all of my future financing needs! You guys are the best!

  JR has helped me and my son purchase our first home in California. I am from Alabama and real estate laws are very different. JR had to school both of us concerning California real estate law. The first day I met him I told him exactly what I wanted to borrow, how much interest I wanted to pay, and how much I was willing to put down. Little did we known the exact house we wanted had one foot in the foreclosure pool. JR creatively obtained an interim note for us so that we could buy the home we wanted until such time as our permanent financing was completed.   I am very impressed with the way my loan was handled. They were very professional and I found them very accessible when I needed them in a crunch. American funding would not give me a loan but JR worked very hard to successfully get the loan I needed with a great interest rate. Their personal touch is priceless! They even helped me calm my frazzled nerves! I recommend them highly!
