  Supposedly they open @ 0900 on Monday, but when I showed up @ 0930 they were closed.... Pretty unprofessional.

  They have less employees than the Fashion Center location so sometimes it takes longer but usually to get cash or deposit it is quicker than the mall. There are a lot less people that go here than the mall that's why I love this spot. There are 4 ATM outside. It's easy to find. There is a whole parking lot behind it. ♿ accessible.

  Due to the staffing issue, there is no teller available inside the branch. I was doing an errand so no atm card with me and told to wait, for how long, who knows! I left to another bofa.

  Bank of America has the worse outdated ATMs. It always sucks my card. You'd figure with all the insane fees they charge you for banking with them they would at least have ATMS that work.

  Good customer service and the waiting time is ok about 15 minutes. The only problem I have going there are the racist customers I have encountered outside the bank at the teller machines. You know Torrance has that reputation lol. But other than that small inconvenience the employees are nice and professional.

  I just leave the bank with my unresolved case. Miss Isabel treated me in such a rude way that I couldn't stay there anymore. Not coming back to this location.

  I am in the line and there are 8 clients , 9 with me! Always like that, 2 cahiers maximim! 4 employers on the tables! Everytime is something like that! Why!? Rhe manager must know what time people come and it is going to be busy! .... More people to help! Now, 3 clients before me, and 6 behind me!

  Below one star. As of Aug.19th, good ol' B of A is charging $8.00 to cash a B of A check made out to you if you don't also have an account there. Yeah, seriously! Obviously another "because we can" get away with it fee. And they sure don't have that poster in their window. Put the bastards in prison. And if you have an account there, be nice to others and CHANGE BANKS.

  Always a long line. The apologize for the long line every time, but never correct the problem. Small talk with customers is unnecessary to me when u have a line almost out the door.

  Honestly one of the best banks I've ever been to. Their service is impeccable and the staff is amazing.
