  We love everyone at TrailWest Bank. Rod Leese and the staff at TrailWest are amazing. If there is ever a problem they are quick to resolve it. Also in the midst of Covid-19 Rod reached out to us to see if we needed any help. We have never gotten that at any other bank in the valley. We highly recommend this bank to everyone.   TrailWest tellers are awesome! They are professional and if you have a banking issue they always do their job and ensure they get your money into your account. The bankers, they are no good and don’t care about the little guy struggling at all it seems to me they are very clicky and the good ol’ boy system is very much in full swing still, here in the Flathead. TrailWest as a corporation is slow to get their systems going to ensure your money is quick to release, or they trust you will pay your overdraft back right away. For six years I ran personal banking and two business’ through their bank. Hundreds of thousands of dollars. Every time I over drafted which wasn’t much, it would cycle and they covered until I paid it back. I dont know what happened but all the sudden after six years they charge off my accounts? Then they make me pay it before I bank anywhere else with the Fed.? I gave them chance after chance to redeem themselves after six years I said screw this and went elsewhere!

  I have worked with Rod Leese multiple time for various loans. He makes the experience easy, enjoyable, and quick. If and when I need a loan for anything, Rod is my go to guy. I would highly recommend working with him and his team in Kalispell (off Idaho Street). Thanks again Rod !

  Although I lived in Washington for the last 7yrs., kept all my accounts at West One with Rod. Moved back to the Flathead a few months ago and Rod was the first I went to get a loan for a new house. Seamless process and closed in 30 days! Been with you for the last 15 yrs and would never change do to all your help when ever needed.. ....Thanks again Rod and the team in Kalispell.
