  Last month I applied for an RV loan with Roxanne, she was so Amazing to work with! This was my 1st time ever applying for a loan for most part; she was very patient with me and my 100s of question, very informative and just flat out Awesome. I ended up not finding an RV that was suitable and within my price range so she very quickly got me approved for the next best thing. Needless to say We left winners! I would without a doubt go through her again and recommend her to anyone who asked! Thanks for Everything Roxanne, & Parkside!

  If you are ever in need of a loan and great options for credit cards, Parkside is the place. Roxanne S. at the Sunset branch has been amazing with both of the loans I've requested and different options for accounts.   I have been banking with Parkside for 11+ years. I just recently contacted Roxanne to get a car loan. She was very efficient and made the whole process effortless. I highly recommend using them for not only banking but any loans you may need!

  Update: Still would not recommend. They have a new "check back" system that has flagged my rent payment the last two months. I have not changed how I pay rent, but for two months now I've had to pay them an extra $50 to push my rent through. I tryed to speak with them about how to resolve this issue. They tell me it's the system pulling the rent and not theirs, but my landlords rent system hasn't changed just this new "check back" the staff doesn't know anything, depending on who you talk to depends on the answers you get. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. They're system is so confusing. And their fees are ridiculous. The employees know very little about their system and most of the times gives false information out. We will be switching as soon as we can. Horrible service, DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION

  We have recently become members at Parkside Credit Union. Working with Lisa at the Sunset location has been great. Her customer service, caring spirit, and attention to detail in our process has been wonderful. I highly recommend you give Parkside a try for your banking needs.

  Went in to get information about paying off a lease on my vehicle. Was so disappointed with the service. Went to Whitefish credit union and got all the info I needed. All the lady at the location I went to told me was go online and fill out an application. No info on interest rates or anything. Will never use Parkside.

  It is evident that the staff at this branch are knowledgeable and personable. The workers at this Parkside Credit Union are kind, respectful, and more than willing to assist their customers in any way they can. I opened my account with the assistance of Wendy. She answered many of my questions regarding the benefits of a Kassasa savings/checking account.

  Love Parkside! The Sunset Blvd branch has been so helpful. With the recent COVID difficulties we've all experienced, the entire staff has been able to keep things personal and efficient. I love the Parkside banking app too. The app is very user-friendly! Cassie helped me set-up my Kasasa account as well as an account for my son. I recently lost my debit card and when I visited the branch Savannah helped me get a new card in just a few minutes. I have not been in there without receiving excellent customer service. If you are looking for a great place to bank without feeling like a "number" please visit them. You will definitely see and feel the difference!

  Recently got a loan through Kelsey at Park Side on Sunset Blvd. She did an awesome job getting my loan ready very quickly and was super easy to deal with. I had a check for the boat very quickly and without any hiccups. Kelsey also followed up with me later on about the loan and made sure to help it go smoothly. Also all of the ladies upfront in the branch such as Angela, Cassi, and Savannah are always welcoming and helpful whenever I stop in. They have helped me setup a Kasasa savings and checking account with ease.
