  Absolute PAIN to bank with. Always closed 9:30AM-4PM(bringing the joke of working bankers hours to new hights), phones rarely answerd and when they are, expect to be put on hold with no one to pick the phone back up. Above all else, the app for business use is a joke.

  I have banked with this branch for about 7 years. In all my years dealing with banks and credit unions, I’ve had a better experience here than anywhere else. Every teller is kind, courteous, and helpful. The branch manager Joel is upstanding and follows up with customers to make sure they were taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

  I had to make a deposit of cash for a very important payment. But they can only do 500$ a day in cash. So the 1600 in 1s and 5s that i was saving for a rainy day like this they could accept the money. And the guy was really rude stay away from this bank you will not be happy with them. So I went to park side credit union and was able to open a account and take care of my payment ..I wish there was a no star option because they shouldn't even have a 1 star

  LOVE this branch! Every time I need help U.S. Bank, Kalispell Branch has come through for me, this weekend NO exception! Joel the Branch Manager has gone out of his way for me 3 times. Tish, my girl is the Best! Every teller is so knowledgeable, and the epitome of the people in this town, friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable! THANK YOU U.S. Bank! Lisa Melby

  Carolyn Wells is awesome! We worked with her on getting a mortgage for a new home and refinancing our rental property. She made the process very smooth and straight forward for us. I highly recommend working with her!

  Sure would be nice if this branch had weekend hours!! Some of us work “bankers hours” too. We haven’t been able to do anything different with our accounts because their hours are so limited. It sends the message that they only care about themselves. Not their customers.

  Good bank all the banks are good it's your choice very convenient location right by the mall and Starbucks couldn't be better
